These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User") and a9pay ("Company", "we"). This Agreement governs your use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided under the a9pay platform.

• A9pay will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by a user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

A9pay supports a wide range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, instant bank transfer, and debit/credit cards. All financial transactions are processed through systems protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Deposits via FPX and e-wallets are credited in under one minute.
• You may only make deposits using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• A9pay reserves the right to request proof of ownership of a payment method before processing any deposit.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.

A9pay reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if these Terms and Conditions are violated, or for any of the following reasons:

• Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Fraudulent activity or attempts at money laundering.
• Multiple account ownership by the same individual.
• Repeated violations of game rules.

Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the a9pay support team. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal once all conditions are met and any investigations (if applicable) are resolved.
